A Business Consulting practice in Larnaca is looking for a Trainee Business Consultant.
Throughout this partnership, you will be an indispensable partner to the Business Advisor, focused on improving business performance, implement the strategy and develop further customers’ Human Resources.
Your duties
- Collect information about the clients’ business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.).
- Prepare reports for subsidies
- Enhance processes for efficient delivery of consulting services.
- Utilize market research to identify opportunities for improvement and trends.
- Present findings to consultants with solutions.
- Support assessments and implementation projects.
- Create high – level presentations for the services offered.
What you will need
- Integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work from distance and be concentrated on the results of the project that is being carried out.
- Flexible, adaptive, agile, resourceful, self-starter, team player.
- Must be a current graduate student or towards the end of your Management / Business / Marketing / Human Resources or any other relative study.
- Very good knowledge of the MS office is a must.
- Action oriented with high initiative and ability to think independently.
- Very good communication skills, both oral and written, in Greek and English language.
