Sales/ Cashier
We are looking for a salesperson who will manage accurately and efficiently all transactions with customers. The seller’s responsibilities include collecting payments and issuing receipts, and monitoring all cash and credit card transactions.
To be eligible for this position, you must have previous experience in a customer service position and a good knowledge of how cash registers operate.
You should also be available to take weekend shifts.
Main duties:
- Managing transactions with customers using cash registers
- Scan products and ensure the price is right
- Collection of payments by cash or credit cards
- Issuance of receipts, refunds
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Reception of customers when entering and leaving the store
- Keeping expenses clean and tidy
- Placing products in bags
- Placing products on shelves / counters
- Anything else needed by the company
Qualifications required:
- Work experience as a cashier
- Very good knowledge of the Greek language
- Remarkable communication and time management skills
