Part time accountant / administrative assistant 

Virtual IT is seeking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to join our Finance team in Cyprus as a Part Time Accountant / Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities

•Bookkeeping for our own books using Methodos Accounting system

•Maintain account records

•Invoicing and Issuing Statements for customers

•Communication with customers and suppliers

•Stock Management

•Accounting Filing

•Prepare accounting and financial reports

•Bank Reconciliation

•Communication with Auditors

•Administration duties

Requirements

•Demonstrated experience in accounting and booking

•Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

•Experience in bookkeeping using an Accounting System

•Excellent knowledge of the Greek and good knowledge of the English language

•Strong organization skills and multitasking ability

•Strong interpersonal and communication skill with ability to network

•Self-motivated, comfortable working independently and taking initiative without direct orders
