IT MANAGER

Elysee Irrigation Ltd, one of the largest plastics manufacturing industries in Cyprus, with a leading position in the local market and exports to more than 65 countries worldwide, is expanding and strengthening its strategic development by recruiting competent individuals. The company is looking to hire IT MANAGER based at its factory in Ergates Industrial Area, Nicosia.

Position: IT Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working within a Windows Domain Infrastructure

• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers and virtualization.
• Performing system/hardware installations and repairs.
• Resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically
• Monitoring server software and hardware
• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
• Administering systems security by configuring, monitoring, and maintaining virus protection software and Firewall.
• Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
• Basic Knowledge of SSL Certificates
• SQL database administration

Qualifications, experience and Skills:

• Holder of a University Degree in Business Information Systems,  Computer Science or in a related field
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• 5+ years of experience in a similar field
• Knowledge in virtualization technologies and concepts (ESXi).
• Experience in Configuring, Administering and Troubleshooting Windows environments and devices.
• Excellent communication skills.
