Customer Support / Office Administrator

A small but well-established company, providing computer and IT services, seeks to recruit a part-time Customer Support / Office Administrator for its office in Nicosia.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and serve as a first point of contact for clients, perspective clients, associates and suppliers;
  • To receive and send company emails; management of corporate correspondence;
  • To learn to use and manage on the advanced user level existing software products/programs of the company;
  • To receive, log, respond and follow up customer requests for service support;
  • Preparation of quotations and assistance with filing.

Key skills/experience

  • Organization, planning and time management skills;
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, emails);
  • Pleasant telephone manner and business correspondence writing skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek language (verbal and writing) and good knowledge of English language;
  • Attention to detail, ability to learn, initiative

Working hours:

09:00 – 13:30 Monday – Friday
