Customer Support / Office Administrator
A small but well-established company, providing computer and IT services, seeks to recruit a part-time Customer Support / Office Administrator for its office in Nicosia.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and serve as a first point of contact for clients, perspective clients, associates and suppliers;
- To receive and send company emails; management of corporate correspondence;
- To learn to use and manage on the advanced user level existing software products/programs of the company;
- To receive, log, respond and follow up customer requests for service support;
- Preparation of quotations and assistance with filing.
Key skills/experience
- Organization, planning and time management skills;
- Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, emails);
- Pleasant telephone manner and business correspondence writing skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Greek language (verbal and writing) and good knowledge of English language;
- Attention to detail, ability to learn, initiative
Working hours:
09:00 – 13:30 Monday – Friday
