1. Business Solutions Sales Consultant
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for an immediate recruitment of young experienced professionals in the position of a Business Solutions Sales Consultant. The successful candidates will join the Demstar Sales Team and will work closely with the Business Units in promoting Demstar portfolio of Business Solutions & Services.
This includes:
• Seek out new customers and collaborate with existing ones offering targeted solutions to improve their businesses using a consultative sales approach.
• Promote, present and sell the portfolio of Demstar Business Solutions and Services to the Cyprus Business marketplace.
• Arrange face-to-face appointments and presentations with clients, both new and existing.
• Learn and demonstrate the benefits of all Business Solutions and Services offered to clients.
• Develop and present proposals tailored to address each client’s specific business needs.
• Ensure outstanding customer service through regular client follow up.
• Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers to secure new business and strengthen partnerships with current clients.
• Consistently identify opportunities, close sales and achieve monthly activity and revenue goals.
• Engaging in pre-sales activities to assist in defining the solution requirements/ scope and improve proposed solution value to meet customer needs, as well as in providing efforts associated with business consulting activities.
• Acting as dependable advisor to customers.
• Understanding and analyzing the solution to produce a detailed requirement analysis document.
• Ensuring utilization and improvement of standards, tools and frameworks used by the team.
• Mentoring and guiding team members of the Sales team where needed to prepare quality deliverables.
• Generating new and following up on existing leads.
• Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports as required by the internal Demstar processes.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Maintaining records in the company CRM tool as required by the internal Demstar processes.
• Contribute to the annual business/account plan and execution for the assigned accounts, reporting to the Sales Manager what actions will be required for your product/portfolio.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of all our products and services, with expert knowledge in certain areas. Expected to understand the impact of the proposed Business Solutions on client’s business.
• Engage with partner vendors to make sure you remain appropriately involved and informed about their developments and offerings.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree or equivalent professional level at the areas of Sales or Information Technology
• Experience of a minimum of 3 years in a similar position within the B2B environment
• Must be commercially focused and have the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions
• Self-motivated employee who can work alone and in a team
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as member of a team, communicate clearly with both colleagues and clients
• High level of energy and committed to achieve sales goals in a dynamic environment.

2. Infrastructure Solutions Engineer
We are looking for an immediate recruitment of young experienced professionals in the position of Infrastructure Solutions Support. The successful candidates will join the Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions Team of our company, and will be primarily dealing with Microsoft and infrastructure Solutions Support, and especially with the implementation and support of Microsoft Active Directory & networking solutions , Virtualization solutions with VMware & HYPER-V, Office365 /M365 support, platform solutions. This includes:
•Providing support services in the field of IT Infrastructure Solutions, Microsoft and Virtualization solutions
•Participation in projects and work as a member of a team, providing project implementation services and executing the tasks that will be undertaken as a member of the support team.
•Provide support for virtual infrastructure environments, based on both Microsoft Hyper-V & VMware
•Implementation and support of Microsoft networking solutions, Windows Active Directory, Messaging & Collaboration /Exchange Solutions
•Providing support for basic networking solutions, (Cisco & HPE routing & switching) and wireless solutions
•Provide remote & on-site support for workstations & end users
•Windows Network, endpoint & internet connectivity support

REQUIRED SKILLS
•Must have at least a basic Microsoft Certification and /or a Networking certification, and preferably one or more of the below:
Minimum Microsoft MCP
Microsoft MCSA or higher-level certification is preferable.
Microsoft MCSA Cloud Productivity (O365)
Any Microsoft Cloud Solutions certification
A Virtualization solutions (VMware or HYPER-V) certification
• Cisco CCNA or any other networking certification will be considered as an advantage.
•Must hold at least a basic Microsoft Certification, Microsoft MCP, MCITP or MCSA for Windows Server 2016 or 2019 certification.
•A networking certification like Cisco CCNA that is combined with an average experience in networking solutions, even without holding a Microsoft certification, will be also accepted as an adequate proof of minimum knowledge required.
•Average experience with infrastructure hardware, servers and storage solutions. Working experience and certifications for HPE Servers or Storage will be considered as a strong advantage.
•Hands on working experience on deploying and supporting virtual environments, both VMware and HYPER-V
•Working knowledge for backup solutions design & support, cloud backups, management and monitoring services.
•Hands on working experience on designing, deploying and supporting Microsoft Office365 and M365 solutions
•Average knowledge of Azure Cloud Solutions, and ability to invest in becoming a cloud solutions expert.
•Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory services including forest and domain design, policies, trusts, replication & topology.
•Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot technical problems under pressure.
•Ability to work independently, multi-task, take initiative and succeed in a fast-paced team environment.
•Willing to invest personal time for trainings and follow knowledge and certification assignments.

3. Microsoft Cloud Solutions Engineer
We are looking for an immediate recruitment of an experienced professional in the position of a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Engineer. The successful candidate will join the Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions Team of our company, and will be primarily dealing with Microsoft Cloud Solutions, and especially with the design, implementation and support of Microsoft Cloud Solutions, Office365 /M365, SharePoint and Azure platform solutions.
This includes:
•Architect and deploy Azure solutions, Microsoft Office365 and M365 solutions
•Plan, install, configure and monitor Azure solutions, O365 & M365 solutions
•Architect and deploy Azure solutions utilizing security best practices for management, monitoring, access & identity, and monitoring
•Demonstrate and configure Azure Management, including Azure Active Directory, Log Analytics, Azure Backup, Resource Manager, Site Recovery
•Design and implement Disaster Recovery Solutions based on Azure platform
•Perform technical design, cloud readiness assessments and scoping for cloud migrations
•Design and implement migrations of on-premise Exchange solutions to Exchange Online or Hybrid solutions based on Office365
•Good knowledge of information security principles and best practices
•Responsible for keeping technical data up to date (architecture, integration diagrams and documentation)
•Acting as Presales Consultant for the design and costing of Cloud Solutions

•Maximizing equipment up-time through timely response and effective and efficient repair with selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
•Completing all administrative aspects of the job on time and error-free.

•Analyzing customer needs, recognizing business opportunities, and influencing sales volume growth.

- Any Cyber Security certification
- Solid knowledge of information security principles and best practices
