1.  Administrator

Eurofast is looking to recruit an Administrator for the internal accounting departmentfor our offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
  • Process bank deposits
  • Responsible for the petty cash of the company
  • Collections: Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
  • Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
  • Liaising with the banks for opening bank accounts, ordering cheque books / credit cards, company reviews, report daily the bank balances of the company and any other correspondence with the banks
  • Dealing with the day-to-day administration of internal accounting department
  • Carrying out monthly payments thought e-banking, JCC Smart and preparing cheques
  • Provide Training to new employees on how to use the company’s software programs
  • Filling and maintaining spreadsheets and files in an organized matter

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration or any related filed will be considered as advantage
  • Prior experience in Administration will be considered as advantage
  • Basic knowledge of accounting will be considered as advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language
  • High level of computer literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Highly ethical and trustworthy individual
  • Ability to ensure Confidentiality

2.  Payroll Specialist 

Eurofast is looking to recruit a dynamic, career oriented individual for our offices in Nicosia, Cyprus for the position of Payroll Specialist. 

Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll & payments and preparation of compulsory reports for authorities
  • Preparation of data for company’s management (reporting, recapitulations etc.)
  • Prepare specific reports at regular intervals according to clients requests
  • Representing the client before relevant institutions.
  • Advisory services to client for labour and payroll issues
  • Monitoring the changes in legislative concerning the payroll
  • Provision of Expatriates services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or relevant accounting / HR qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Fluent in English (both oral and writing)
  • Computer Literate
  • Proven ability to work with international / multinational companies
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organization skill

The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package according to qualifications and experience within the framework of a multinational company.
