1.  Sales Manager

Mission 

Manage the development and implementation of the annual sales plan of the portfolio responsible of in assigned areas in alignment with corporate strategy and guidelines. Develop and maintain profitable and sustainable business relationships with key accounts in order to ensure constant growth in sales revenues

Job Duties

Sales Framework

Formulate a sales strategy for the assigned territory, and set sales processes and systems to meet existing and future requirements; develop an action plan in coordination with management, and define needed financial and human resources to achieve set objectives

Oversee the development of sales policies and procedures, as well as the design and implementation of related processes and performance measurement models

Sales Activities Management

  • Set a yearly action plan regarding the activities with key customers based on each territory and share the budget with the supplier for approval
  • Plan and manage events, when required, by coordinating and negotiating with service providers regarding the location, logistics, invitees, food & beverages, etc. in close coordination with Senior Management and suppliers
  • Control budget spending and the Advertising & Promotion budget exercise by monitoring the expenses of each activity in the market to ensure alignment with supplier guidelines and that expenditures do not exceed agreed budgets
  • Implement the set and agreed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the sales team in terms of target and provide needed input and training to ensure compliance
  • Set the strategy for the FOCs procedures in terms of quantities that needs to be distributed to customers and share it with the sales team for implementation; monitor the distribution and ensure it falls within set procedures and sales strategy
  • Set the strategy for the returns procedures in terms of allowed quantities that needs to be retrieved from customers and share it with the sales team for implementation; monitor and control the procedure and ensure it falls within set sales strategy and suppliers’ guidelines
  • Review frequently the sales priorities, planning and presentation of the sales force ensuring that they are continuously aware of all stock, pricing and promotional activities
  • Monitor on continuous basis the stock levels based on physical inventory done by the team or reports received from the admin team to be able to propose needed action plan regarding near to expiry and expired items in coordination with Senior Management
  • Ensure that all receivables and collections are within the agreed payment / credit terms in order to sustain the company cash flow levels
  • Draft customers’ contracts on yearly basis in close coordination with concerned manager and the holding departments to be sent to customers for signature; ensure adherence of customers’ contracts in terms of set and agreed action plan and take action in case of discrepancies
  • Ensure adherence at all levels to the company compliance and ethical standards and regulations
  • Develop new and extend pre-defined routes to market in order to optimize coverage plans and maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness

Forecasting Activities

Gather needed data in terms of previous forecasts, sales figures, stock levels, etc. in order to meet with Senior Management and concerned supplier to generate the new forecast

Reporting Activities

  • Generate the monthly field visits report performed by the sales team as well as supporting documents regarding activities and organized events to be shared with suppliers in addition to the supplier ad hoc reports
  • Generate daily, monthly and quarterly sales reports of each team member to be shared with Senior Management and take action in case of discrepancies
  • Meet with suppliers on quarterly basis to review the business plan and make necessary adjustment if needed

Business Development

Seek regularly new customers within the assigned areas and propose promotional action plans in order to optimize customer base, increase market share and boost sales results in coordination with Senior Management and supplier

Market Intelligence

  • Identify key competitive activity within the territory by gathering clients’ feedback, monitoring competition activations, etc. in order to develop necessary business and tactical plans in coordination with Senior Management
  • Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor products, highlight their weaknesses and promote relevant strengths

Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular contact with Key Clients in order to deliver superior customer service and satisfaction to gain their loyalty and sustain long-term business cooperation through regular market visits
  • Manage and sustain a professional relationship with clients through on-going follow-up on their requests/concerns, while keeping the best interest of the company on top of mind
  • Maintain the accuracy of the customer database including locations, contact details to facilitate collaboration with clients and ensure continuous update of the database

Team Management

  • Perform various responsibilities related to team management including hiring, setting objectives, reviewing performance, coaching, taking disciplinary actions, resolving grievances and conflicts, etc.
  • Monitor and control the universe and routing plan of each Sales Representative and ensure that it falls within the set and agreed sales plan

General

  • Ensure that the sales team is properly trained on product knowledge and the technical requirements needed to perform their jobs efficiently

Qualifications 

  • Min. level of experience in similar field
  • BA in Business Administration or related field. MBA is a plus
  • Excellent command of Greek, and English, Arabic is a plus

2. Production Worker

Mission 

Operate and load manufacturing machine, assemble materials and objects, and inspect finished products to ensure highest level of quality.

Job Duties 

Production Activities

  • Measure, grade and feed batches of raw materials into production machinery, and operate production equipment.
  • Assemble goods on the production line and finish products by applying coatings, adding labeling and packing when applicable.
  • Remove items from conveyor belt and record data at each step of the production cycle as per set standards.
  • Monitor the production process and carry out basic testing and quality checks, ensuring that all loaded items are done in accordance to the company protocol. Timely isolate damaged or inconsistent items from the production line.
  • Safely store finished products, as well as goods and raw materials. Organize and pack finished items, and prepare them for transportation.
  • Adhere to safety measures and guidelines, and ensure it is taken into consideration at every step of the production process.

Maintenance Activities

  • Clean and maintain work areas and machinery at the end of each shift, and make sure that workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials at all times.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and tools on a regular basis; address and fix occurring problems when possible, or escalate malfunction to maintenance team in a timely manner.

3.  Key Account Executive

Mission 

Develop profitable and sustainable business relationships with the Key Accounts in the organization, in order to drive value and volume growth for a portfolio of brands, through thorough analysis, forecasting and business plans implementation.

Job Duties

Business Development

  • Analyze key accounts historical performance data and derive forward monthly forecasts, in line with the Legal Entity yearly objectives and priorities
  • Prepare, negotiate and implement on monthly basis the Business Development Agreement (BDA’s) with respective customers, in coordination with senior management
  • Analyze periodically sales out data in order to assess current brand performance and identify hidden opportunities
  • Achieve the set and agreed forecast with the customers and the organization on monthly basis
  • Follow up with customers on any pending order, coordinate with the concerned warehouse and admin team accordingly and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Set up and execute marketing activities as per activity master plan in coordination with the concerned parties
  • Analyze post activity ROI in order to ensure profitable investments
  • Prepare quarterly business reviews for management with the proper performance analysis of hits and misses, to be shared at the same time with the Key Accounts
  • Track and monitor monthly the marketing trade spend and accruals at a specific account, and inform management of any over or under spending vis-à-vis the agreed Business Development Agreement
  • Provide the needed coaching and guidance of the merchandising team in order to implement the set and agreed planograms and visibility projects

Reporting

Generate on daily basis the stock and sales report in order to analyze the figures and compare it with previous years

Market Intelligence

  • Identify key competitive performance and activity including slow sellers, new launches, brand activations, price changes etc. through regular market visits, and develop necessary business and tactical plans.
  • Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of competitor products, highlight their weaknesses and promote relevant strengths

Receivables

  • Ensure that all receivables and collections are within the agreed payment / credit terms in order to sustain the company cash flow levels
  • Follow up on monthly basis, on account differences and reconcile accordingly to a minimal level of discrepancies

Relationship Management

  • Communicate monthly to Key Accounts their current performance as well as next month’s expectations and plans, aligned with the master plan agreed upon at the beginning of the year
  • Manage and sustain a professional relationship with respective Key Accounts through on-going follow-up of the Key Accounts daily requests/concerns, while keeping the best interest of the company on top of mind

4.  Accountant & Data Processing Officer

Mission:

Support Swipe for Distribution accounting department by processing accounting transactions, filing taxes, preparing journal entries, and maintaining balance sheet schedules and ledgers. Assist with monthly closings and account analysis, ensuring appropriate reconciliation of the company’s accounts. Analyze, streamline and extract Swipe data to promptly and accurately respond to departments’ needs in terms of reports and data access.

Job Duties

  • Accounting Transactions
  • Prepare journal entries, complete general ledger operations, and support in the monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Calculate Custom fees, allocate charges to goods and materials, prepare payments to port clearing agents and insurance companies, process payments and monitor related movements on company accounts.
  • Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets.
  • Support on the bank reconciliations; monitor and resolve bank issues and discrepancies including fees anomalies.
  • Review expense reports, and recommend ways to improve business efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance revenues and profits.

Data Processing Activities

  • Produce accurate and complete data processing.
  • Participate in the evaluation of requirements for data, reports, analysis, etc. and recommend appropriate data processing solutions.
  • Handle end-of-day and end-of-month data processing on the system, and perform quality assurance checks on data.

5. Warehouse & Delivery Clerk 

Job Summary Assist in the warehouse daily operations related to receiving, storing and preparing products, equipment, etc. within the warehouse while ensuring accuracy, implementing health and safety regulations, and Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP) guidelines. Ensure proper and on time delivery of products and collection.

  • Job Duties Inbound and Receiving Activities
  • Assist in the receiving of shipments and the unloading of trucks into the docking area in the warehouse and ensure the receipt of the right load with the right batches and descriptions
  • Check visually the truck and all items received concerning expiry date and damages; divide them by brand and/or item, and match them with the original invoice sent from suppliers while filling the adequate documentation
  • Report to the Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager in case of any missing or damaged product in the shipment to take the appropriate actions

Warehousing Operations

  • Store all freight, product, and supplies that come into the warehouse on the according racks by applying FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) technique and within the set and agreed policies and procedures
  • Check on each order’s quality and quantity after the picking is done, according to each invoice/route to ensure maximum accuracy and minimizing returns
  • Perform regular checks on all tools, materials and equipment in the warehouse to ensure efficient operations
  • Report to the Warehouse Supervisor in case of any damaged product on the shelves or maintenance issue in the warehouse

Packing

  • Pack the orders in a proper way as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Gather the orders according to each point of sale and assign them to the concerned fleet to be delivered to the customer

Delivery Operation

  • Reconcile carefully received invoices against physical goods to be delivered
  • Insure proper and safe handling/stuffing of goods into the transportation vehicles
  • Load transportation vehicles according to the previously set routing plan
  • Manage properly the delivery of the correct items to customers, validate quantity and quality as per invoice, and have the received voucher stamped by the client’s official signatory
  • Ensure that all invoices and return orders are properly signed by the customer, and return the hard copies to the administration
  • Collect cash upon delivery from cash customers and settle the amount at the end of each delivery cycle
