Mavromatis Employment Bureau on behalf of his client – real estate, investment company – is seeking to recruit personal assistant for a part time job in Larnaca.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- monthly preparation for accounting such as scanning, saving, categorizing, sending invoices documents to tax advisor
- answer phone calls / forward messages and handle email correspondence
- visit government agencies / authorities, submit applications, process submissions to government agencies
- assist with finances topics like check bills, make bank transfers, transfer wages/social insurance, pick up bank statements
- office administration work, develop and maintain the filing system and cloud
- manage administrative expenses and petit cash
Requirements
- working experience in a comparable position
- proficient knowledge of English and Greek (written and spoken)
- very good knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- operational readiness and personal commitment, reliability and responsible action
- high school degree and additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
