1. Secretary
Job Description
- Providing comprehensive and integrated administrative support to the Management team (including typing, telephone management, email correspondence and travel arrangements for the senior management team).
- Responsible for coordinating and conducting the required daily office correspondence and dealing with other routine matters relevant to the office.
- Daily communication with international and local clients, providing information and/ or clarification of the company’s services.
- Answer and transfer all incoming calls.
- Manage files-filing paperwork accurately and maintaining in good order the filing system.
- Typing and copying documents.
- Preparation of invoices.
- Preparation of letters and various documents.
- Coordinate and control the required stationery and consumables of the office.
- Making meetings preparations.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Required Skills & Experience
- College Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Administration.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, both verbal and written. Knowledge of any other language would be considered an advantage.
- Very good use of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Computer literacy.
- Multitask abilities.
- Ability to work and respond under pressure.
- Excellent organisational/administrative and communication skills.

2. Corporate Administrator
Job Description
- Organise, implement and supervise the company’s processes necessary for the efficient processing of client requests regarding the incorporation of companies, opening of bank accounts, drafting of corporate documents/agreements, assisting with changes in the Company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, preparing and submitting of Annual Returns, etc.
- Overall management of the Corporate team and their portfolio of clients.
- Development and implementation of internal procedures.
- Responsibility for compliance with the relevant legislations such as AML, GDPR, etc.
- Budgeting and cost controlling of relevant work.
- Planning and supervising the work of Corporate team.
- Guidance and support to the Corporate team.
- Review and monitoring of all Corporate files for compliance and KYC purposes.
- Supervise the finalisation of corporate jobs, the invoice and collection cycle.
- Perform other duties necessary for the efficient functioning of the corporate department and ensure excellent quality of work.
- Maintaining the register of members and monitoring changes.
- Ensure that a company complies and operates in accordance with statutory and legal provisions.
- Handling the company’s issues of resolutions, powers of attorney, signing of documents, etc.
- Assist with companies’ restructurings or liquidations.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 4 years of experience in the provision of Corporate Services and Corporate service procedures.
- Experience in the managing, setting tasks and supervise the work of subordinate employees.
- Excellent knowledge of business specifics, experience in dealing with different jurisdictions and a diverse clientele.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask and to be result oriented.
- Ability to monitor workload, meet deadlines and solve complicated problems.
- High level of discipline and working efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work with clients and be customer focused.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, both verbal and written. Knowledge of any other language would be considered an advantage.

3. Senior Auditor
Job Description
- Perform audit engagements for the company’s clients.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Work closely with the Manager, Supervisors, and Staff to ensure clients receive the best possible service.
- Manage multiple assignments and be able to work under pressure.
- Reporting to the Manager on daily tasks and client issues.
- Performing audits for international/local clients.
- Planning, execution and successful completion of audits in accordance with IFRSs and ISAs.
- Reporting to Audit Manager regarding status, progress and completion of audits.
- Communication with clients via emails/phone.
- Provide assistance to other team members as required.
- Ensuring that the instructions and decisions of management are adhered at all times.
- Preparation of clients’ tax returns and tax computations.
Required Skills & Experience
- University degree.
- Newly qualified or partly qualified accountant with minimum 2-3 years of experience in audit firm.
- Knowledge of financial services industry would be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Caseware.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language, both verbal and written. Knowledge of any other language would be considered an advantage.
- Team spirit and very responsible person.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Strong personality who is able to build relationships with people (staff and particularly associates and clients).
- Be very methodical and multitasking individual.
