Our company, H.G.Y Officelink Solutions Ltd, is seeking to recruit a Secretary/Front Desk Receptionist on a full-time basis.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Handling of the reception and telephone.
  • Greet guests.
  • Conference room (meeting bookings, refreshments etc)
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning.
  • Letter writing, forms completion.
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries.
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and other office supplies.
  • Handling messenger requests and orders.
  • Occasionally, out of the office tasks.
  • General secretarial duties.
  • Attends to any other duties and assignments required by the Directors and Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar position is a must.
  • Secretarial Degree or Other will be considered an advantage.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, internet use).
  • Fluent written and spoken Greek and English language.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Proactive, efficient and effective in a professional manner.

Remuneration and Benefits:

  • Remuneration based on qualifications and skills.
  • Working hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-14:00
