H.G.Y Officelink Solutions Ltd: Ζητείται Γραμματέας/ Front Desk Receptionist – Λευκωσία
Our company, H.G.Y Officelink Solutions Ltd, is seeking to recruit a Secretary/Front Desk Receptionist on a full-time basis.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handling of the reception and telephone.
- Greet guests.
- Conference room (meeting bookings, refreshments etc)
- Filing, photocopying, scanning.
- Letter writing, forms completion.
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries.
- Ordering and maintaining stationery and other office supplies.
- Handling messenger requests and orders.
- Occasionally, out of the office tasks.
- General secretarial duties.
- Attends to any other duties and assignments required by the Directors and Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar position is a must.
- Secretarial Degree or Other will be considered an advantage.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, internet use).
- Fluent written and spoken Greek and English language.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Proactive, efficient and effective in a professional manner.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Remuneration based on qualifications and skills.
- Working hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-14:00
