We are seeking to recruit an Accountant, in our offices in Limassol. 

Responsibilities:

  • Daily bookkeeping of the Company’s account
  • Reconciliation of Suppliers, Clients, and Banks
  • Responsible of payments
  • Preparation and submission of the VAT Returns
  • Preparation of the Trial Balance, Profit and Loss, and Balance Sheet
  • Preparation and submission of IR7 in regard to the payroll
  • Assist the Auditors in regard to the annual audit of the company and Annual Tax Return

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Similar experience in Cyprus (3+ years)
  • Deep understanding of construction services from a VAT perspective
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 1C (as an advantage)
  • Fluent English and Greek required Russian would be an advantage
  • Experience in development company as an advantage
  • No work permit requirements
  • Full driving license
  • Trusted and reliable person
  • Capability to work under pressure
