Customer service – Nicosia
Monday to Friday
08:30-13:00 & 14:00-17:30
Duties
-Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
-Presenting, promoting and selling company products over the phone, email through the evaluation of customer needs
-Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
-Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
-Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
Requirements:
Basic Insurance Certificate or Insurance Diploma will be considered an advantage
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or studies in a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and sales
Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, verbal and written
Computer (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
Energetic, enthusiastic, quick learner and committed personality
Sales-target oriented
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
