Princess Yachts Cyprus seeks to recruit a dynamic and highly motivated individual for the position of Reception & Agency Assistant.
Position Duties:
• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Receiving and sorting daily mail
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms and brochures)
• Update calendars and schedule meetings and zoom video calls
• Booking domestic and international personal travel as needed (both commercial and private), and creating itineraries
• Holiday decorating
• Sorting yacht crew requests
• Handle mail and online bookings for parcels
Required Education & Experience:
• Previous experience of minimum 2 years
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Exceptional interpersonal, professional verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a home environment
• Strong attention to detail, forward thinking, highly organized
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity
• Polished demeanour, energetic and positive
• Fluent in English and Greek, fluency in other languages is a plus
