1.  Contact Center Agent

Contact Center Agent serves as the first point of contact for prospective students and has the responsibility to communicate University related information on programs of study through phone calls, emails, live chat messages, SMS texts etc.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Performs inbound and outbound communicationwith prospective students.
  • Utilizes technology (phone, email, live, chat, social media, computerized systems) to support new student enrollment and provide information requested to prospective students.
  • Ensures procedures are followed and leads received are processed accordingly and in a timely manner
  • Escalates issues in accordance to Contact Center guidelines when necessary
  • Maintains effective communication and collaboration with the Sales Team.
  • Actively participates in the Department / University’s promotional events.

 

Job Requirements:

  • University student or University Degree holder in Business or related field
  • Experience in Customer Service / Sales in education or other B2C service industries is considered advantageous
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language.
  • Proficient knowledge on MS Office tools
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal & communication skills, active listening, collaborative, proactive and results oriented

2. Admissions Advisor

The Admissions Advisor is mainly responsible to encourage and guide prospective students obtain a university degree that matches their interests and abilities so they prepare for their professional career while at the same time promotes the University’s programs of study.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Offers accurate and timely information and advice to potential students regarding programs of study, educational opportunities, admissions requirements, policies, and other relevant issues
  • Guides students through the admission process ensuring implementation of student admission procedures
  • Utilizes technology to support new student enrollment goals
  • Actively participates and represents the University in recruiting promotional activities (i.e educational fairs & forums)
  • Keeps close cooperation with a network of agents by keeping them updated of the University’s policies, admissions requirements, and developments
  • Supports the implementation of business development plans for target markets
  • Works towards the achievement of set recruitment targets

 Job Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business or related field
  • Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language
  • Proficient knowledge on MS Office tools
  • Customer-focused collaborative, proactive, active listening, results oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
