We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will support the Management working on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks ranging from HR, finance, business development and communications

The environment is fun and dynamic, requiring great organizational skills, the ability to use digital tools and collaborate with a virtual team.

What will you do:

  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and staff, suppliers and clients
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Prepare written communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Manage databases and filing systems
  • Collate and file expenses
  • Organize events and conferences
  • Implement and maintain procedures and internal workflows
  • Conduct or prepare research as required
  • Other ad hoc projects as determined by the lifecycle of the company.


  • English proficiency
  • Computer literacy
  • You have your own computer and good internet connection
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to be proactive
  • Tact, diplomacy and great sense of humor


  • 6 months contract (possible conversion into a permanent contract)
