Marinecare is currently looking to recruit a team member to be dealing with
Operations and Business Development
Responsibilities
- Provide a container interchange broker service for bookings, to an allocated list of clients
- Dealing with customer related problems regarding the interchange
- Liaising with other team members clients and Covering in another team members absence
- Dealing with any out of hours (emergency) issues.
- Dealing with issues relating to Contracts and agreements.
- Dealing with container sales
- Investigate and actively achieve business development, through travel / personal contacts / attending events.
Min Requirements
- University graduate in Shipping/Business related field
- 2-3 years prior industry/shipping experience
- Flexible and adaptive personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player
- Readiness to work out of hours / deal with issues on the go
- Prior Sales / Customer service experience will be considered as an added advantage
- Fluency in English and strong computer literacy
