Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
Assisting on various every-day administration tasks
Provides efficient & professional administrative support to the MD
Responds to various external inquiries, manages communications via email, phone calls etc.
Organizes & accurately maintains filing system of confidential information
Assisting on running the general office tasks
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent Knowledge of English and Greek Language
Excellent knowledge of computers and programs i.e.: excel, word, statistics
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to work as a team and independently
Previous experience in a similar role will be a great advantage
Diploma of secretary’s studies and /or shipping will be an advantage
Strong planning and time management skills
Working hours 0800 – 1700 (flexibility for working out of office hours)
