Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
• Complete multiple client engagements; preparing accounting in a wide variety of industries; and manage to meet budgets and deadlines
• Participate in assigning staff and budgeting hours for accounting engagements and tracks progress of audits
• Review accounting work of subordinates upon Manager / Managing Partner instructions before submission for final review to ensure engagement compliance with the company’s quality control policies
• Work with other staff on specific assignments/secondments/special projects
• Maintain good relations/ deploy strong communication skills with subordinates, business associates and authorities during execution of duties
• Provide on the job training to subordinates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in completing accounting engagements
• Able to perform presentations required by his/her Manager / Managing Partner
• Able to attend client meetings with the line Manager / Managing Partner and be able to follow agenda prepared by manager to fulfill client needs
• Be able to report Work in Progress at any time required by the line Manager and his/her Director
• Co-operate with Audit and Taxation Department in completion of client needs in Financial Reporting.
• Perform other job-related duties as necessary

Requirements:

• Barchelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or any other relevant field
• Master’s Degree will be considered as an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
• Mature personality, experience working with executives, excellent judgement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language
• Strong track record of meeting and exceeding all business development goals
• Proven ability to transform strategy into action and drive results through others
• Flawless communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and time management
• Ability to multitask and use critical judgment
• High sense of professionalism, able to work on his/her own initiative and coordinate with peers/colleagues/ group companies and associates
• Must possess excellent communication and relationship building skills and be able to influence at all levels
• Must possess sound judgement, and strong interpersonal, project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure

• Knowledge of banking sector and experience
• Knowledge of payments/ fintech industry is strongly preferred
• Very good reporting skills

• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience will be considered as advantage
• ACA/ACCA qualified or trainee
• 3 or more years of experience in relevant position
• Excellent analytical and written communication/presentation skills
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask will assist in handling a portfolio of clients and completing assignments in an efficient and effecting manner.

• Ability to represent the Company in Clients Premises and during Client meetings and demonstrate an all-around knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and address client queries on taxation, VAT, Social Insurance Law matters, being able to interrelate the above
