1.  Accounting Assistant

Frotcom Cyprus is looking for a candidate to fill a position for a full-time basis to start in January 2021.

The candidate needs to demonstrate the ability to keep up to date accounts, daily banking reconciliation, collect debt, issue invoices, create financial reports and complete all accounting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Bookkeeper, AccountantAccounting Assistant, or relevant role
  • Accounting qualification or diploma (LCCI Higher as a minimum)
  • Experience with computerised accounting records
  • Proficiency in MS Office and fast learner of accounting software
  • Fluency in English and Greek, both oral and writing
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated & results-oriented
  • Excellent time management skills & multitasker
  • Self-initiative, strong & enthusiastic personality

 Responsibilities:

  • Record of daily financial transactions
  • Generation of weekly and monthly invoices
  • Check invoices for inaccuracies
  • Credit control & debt collection
  • Issuance of receipts for all receivables
  • Daily/monthly reconciliation of financial accounts
  • Petty cash management
  • Payroll, social insurance, and tax preparation
  • Preparation of end of year audit reports
  • Maintenance of trusting relationships with suppliers and clients
  • Other duties as assigned

The candidate needs to demonstrate the ability win new business and generate revenue for our innovative telematics solution to new and existing client accounts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B Sales, Account Management or relevant role (IT, CRM, ERP, SaaS systems will be considered an advantage)
  • Proven at winning new business and generating profitable revenue
  • Advanced professional fluency in English and Greek, both oral and writing
  • Comfortable in public speaking, client presentations, cold calling and following up on leads
  • Experience with CRM systems will be considered an advantage
  • The ability to multi-task, manage time and work under pressure
  • Self-motivated & desire to hit targets to maximize earnings
  • Quick learner with the ability to think on your feet
  • Strong & enthusiastic personality

Responsibilities:

  • Generation of revenue from new prospects and existing customers
  • Develop new business through networking and cold calling
  • Follow up on internal and external leads, orders, and referrals
  • Constant maintenance and update of the CRM system data
  • Confidently prepare and deliver client presentations and online & offline demonstrations
  • Bi-annual after-sales account review, to ensure 100% client satisfaction
  • Network with existing clients to maintain trusting links and promote additional services
  • Initial client training when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
