Position of I.T. Support in Real Estate and Hospitality Industry –

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
• Setting up accounts for new users.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other certification relevant to the field.
• Working experience of 1+ year(s) will be considered as advantage.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Well versed with Microsoft Office 365 apps.
• Ability to work efficiently under strict deadlines.
• Team Player, self-motivated, multitasking.
