We are looking for a dynamic individual for a full-time Receptionist /Office Administrator in our office in Larnaca. Successful candidate is to assume duties of clerical & administrative support to secure the smooth running of the office, as well as supporting staff to Management.
Responsibilities
- Undertake receptionist duties/Receive Guests and clients
- Handle incoming-outgoing phone calls, emails and correspondence
- Complete other clerical duties as assigned-Ensure smooth operation of the office
- Assist Management and sales team with scheduled appointments/meetings
Requirements
- Fluency in English & Greek (spoken and written)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (world, excel and internet)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential/ Integrity and professionalism
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant for at least three years.
