Sigma Bakeries Ltd, a leading chain of bakeries since 1922, seeks to employ a professional Engineer,
General duties and responsibilities
- Control & direct maintenance department
- Maintain daily smooth operations program to support production of bakery goods.
- Work to enhance performance; for example via energy saving methods
- Organize and maintain proactive maintenance program of all machinery
- Organize and maintain proactive maintenance program for all stores
- Fully engaged in new projects
- CAN DO CULTURE; positive attitude
- True Professional with character and values
Qualifications required• University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering industry
• Considerable experience (at least three years) in similar post within the
Hospitality sector/installations & buildings
• AutoCAD software knowledge
• Time management abilities
• Enforcing and maintaining proactive maintenance scheme
• Membership with ETEK will be considered additional qualification
