Primary School Receptionist/Secretary
The American Academy Larnaca is a selective educational institution with an outstanding reputation and strong

We seek to recruit a full time enthusiastic and committed Primary school receptionist/secretary to join our
administration team at the American Academy Larnaca Junior School starting December 2020.

To act as an effective receptionist with people and over the telephone
To contribute to the efficiency of the section
To help and support children as and when the need arise
To contribute to the administrative functions and support the AAAF in general
University degree or equivalent certified by KYSATS in one of the following fields or combination of those:
Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources Management
Excellent knowledge of the English Language
Very good knowledge of the Greek Language
Holder of ECDL (Base Modules minimum) or relevant qualification
1-year previous experience in a similar position
Relevant postgraduate qualification will be considered as an advantage
Ability to work as part of a fast paced dynamic team
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to tight deadlines
Understanding of GDPR and other appropriate legal requirements pertinent to post
