Accounting Officer

We are looking for an experienced individual to fill the position of the Accounting Officer for Logicom Solutions Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Issue invoices to customers and post vendor invoices at ERP
  • Ensure all purchase invoices are within assigned project approvals and verify the completeness of all required supporting documentation
  • Maintaining Payables Ledger, including payments
  • Responsible for posting all company’s approved expenses
  • Fixed Assets register administrator
  • Month end activities (general ledger entries for accruals and prepayments)
  • Employee claims review and payment
  • Keep analysis for open balances of accruals and prepayments
  • Performing vendor and intercompany accounts reconciliations
  • General administrative accounting duties, filing etc
