Maxigrid Ltd: Senior System Administrator – Limassol
Maxigrid Ltd, a Cyprus Investment Firm, located in Limassol and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, are seeking an experienced, skilled information technology candidate to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting network databases and systems, updating system hardware and software, troubleshooting for system errors, and assisting team members in supporting all data security and optimization.
Duties and responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Administer network and data security, including directory, group policy, firewalls, virus protection, and email security
- Assist with the design, implementation, and support of new software and features
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Install and update network system improvements
Necessary qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an information technology role
- Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and delegate are must
