Customer Support Representative – sKash App
Skash App is growing rapidly and to keep providing excellent customer service, we are seeking to recruit Greek and English speaking Customer Support Representatives for our call Center in Nicosia.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Assisting customers via telephone or other support channels, responding professionally to customer’s inquiries or complaints. • Updating customer related information on the Call Center software platforms. • Resolving product or service complaints at first contract where possible by clarifying customer’s complaints. Determining the cause of the complaint, selecting, and explaining the best solution to resolve this, expediting correction or adjustments, following up to ensure resolution, communicating any complaints or issues via the allocated procedures and channels. • Calling customers to provide feedback on their experience, collecting and communicating this feedback via the allocated procedures and channels. • Be familiar with Bank related documents
Requirements – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Native Greek speaker. • Fluency in English. • Previous experience in a Customer Service role will be considered a significant advantage. • Ability to stay calm under pressure. • Excellent customer communication skills. • Proven experience of PC and software applications. • Ability to work in a team. • Excellent problem-solving capabilities. • Punctual, hardworking, and reliable. • Show adaptability, resilience, efficiency, energy, and initiative. • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
In providing excellent service to our customers, we guarantee 24/7 coverage so this role will require working in rotating shifts. The shifts take place during the day, afternoon and/or night and on weekends.
Although we do compensate for working night shifts, please consider this before applying.
