Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Specialist, with a well-rounded background & skills, to join our dynamic group of companies. Prior working experience in a similar position is desirable but not a prerequisite. Show us that you can do the job and nothing else matters!

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Designs, builds and maintains social media presence
• Design and create engaging content for adverts (excellent working knowledge of Adobe illustrator, InDesign and photoshop is an advantage)
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
• Knowledge of creating ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
• Knowledge of content management systems
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in digital marketing, marketing or a related field
• Working experience in digital marketing
• Experience in managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Working knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools
