Elbridge Investments (Cyprus) Ltd is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and passionate Sales and Marketing Executive to join its team of professionals at its headquarters in Nicosia, due to an expansion of its business.

Main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Independent management of the marketing and sales activities for the Company and its group;
• Building relationships with Agencies and prospective Clients;
• Providing excellent service, advice and professional information to potential Clients;
• Creating and maintaining a client portfolio;
• Representing the Company in the property market and develop its reputation;
• Report to the group’s CEO, and senior management, as the case may be;
• Be responsible for all other or ad-hoc duties ancillary to this marketing and sales position as may arise from time to time.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A minimum of (4) four years’ prior Marketing and/or sales experience in property sales or related field;
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and sales skills;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform well under pressure;
• Degree and/or Postgraduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
• Excellent command of the English language. Fluency in additional languages will be considered an advantage;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (word, excel,) Outlook and other related software.
