FXVC: Ζητείται Office Administrator – Λεμεσός
Due to the continuous expansion of the operations, we currently seek a dynamic individual to assume the role of Office Administrator.
- Manage phone calls & correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Meeting and greeting visitors/ arranging conference meetings
- Responsible for updating the HR/Administration Budget records on a daily basis
- Managing agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for upper management
- Track stocks of office supplies & place orders when necessary
- Being responsible for the planning of corporate events
- Ensuring the efficient running of the office from an administrative side.
- Secretarial Studies/ Business Administration/HR Studies
- 1-year experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage
- Computer Literate
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, oral and written
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Working well under pressure
