Ikoagora: Ζητείται Γραμματέας (μισθός €1.000 – €1.100) – Λεμεσός
To be based in our Ypsonas offices, with a diverse range of secretarial and organisational duties reporting directly to the CEO.
1) Managing daily finances and accounts
2) Checking orders, issuing invoices for customer orders and processing supplier invoices
3) General secretarial duties and maintenance of the manager’s schedule.
4) Liaising with suppliers and wholesale customers
• Very good knowledge of both English and Greek
• A strong academic background with a preference in logistics and/or accounting.
• A willingness to serve customers and provide a first-class service which surpasses customer expectations.
• Very good computing skills, particularly in MS Office programs.
• Flexible working hours and able to work to deadlines.
