Receptionist/Administration
Qualifications Required:
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications
•Dynamic and pleasant personality
•Ability to organize and communicate
•Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
•Type: Part-time (30-35 hours/week)
Responsibilities:
•Generally responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
•Answer phones and operate a switchboard and route calls
•Answer inquiries about company
•Schedule meetings and conference rooms
•Ensure reception and common areas are tidy
•Coordinate mail flow in and out of office
•Coordinate office activities
Remuneration:
•Salary depending on qualifications and experience
