Our firm Varnavas Playbell & Co. LLC is seeking to recruit an Office administrator to join our team in Limassol.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field;
• Secretarial studies should be considered as an advantage;
• Knowledge or experience with bookkeeping should be considered as an advantage;
• Self-motivated and able to cooperate efficiently with clients and co-workers;
• Excellent command of the English and Greek Language (both written and verbal) is a must.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
• Pleasant and dynamic personality; and
• Proficient at Microsoft Office Suite.
• Greeting clients and visitors and answering visitor inquiries;
• Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system;
• Scheduling and routing clients;
• Organizing diaries and making appointments;
• Updates on social media platforms;
• Maintaining and scheduling the conference room, living room or other public areas;
• Collecting and routing mail and hand – delivered packages;
• Billing and collection, issuance of invoices, bookkeeping, filing, scanning, photocopying etc;
• Dealing with relevant authorities, suppliers, service providers etc; and
• Deal with any administrative staff requested by the Employer.
