Position: Administrator – TR/0720/ADMIN

K.Treppides & Co Ltd,  would like to hire an Administrator to join the HR Department in our office in Nicosia.

Entry Requirements:

  • College/University degree
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages
  • Broad knowledge of the Microsoft Office
  • Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several activities at the same time
  • Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support for the development, implementation and communication of all related projects and procedures
  • Assists in promotional/marketing projects of the Firm
  • Helps in the organization of internal and external seminars
  • Compiles and updates all employee records
  • Helps in organizing sitting arrangements
  • Ensures that employees working area is appropriate including work equipment
  • Processes accurately information in Exelsys (HR) software
  • Maintains accurate records, files and databases
  • Assists in the organization of all Company activities
