Position: Administrator – TR/0720/ADMIN
K.Treppides & Co Ltd, would like to hire an Administrator to join the HR Department in our office in Nicosia.
Entry Requirements:
- College/University degree
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages
- Broad knowledge of the Microsoft Office
- Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage several activities at the same time
- Ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support for the development, implementation and communication of all related projects and procedures
- Assists in promotional/marketing projects of the Firm
- Helps in the organization of internal and external seminars
- Compiles and updates all employee records
- Helps in organizing sitting arrangements
- Ensures that employees working area is appropriate including work equipment
- Processes accurately information in Exelsys (HR) software
- Maintains accurate records, files and databases
- Assists in the organization of all Company activities
