Client Support
We are seeking Client Support personnel to join our team in Limassol, with the following responsibilities and requirements:
Responsibilities
Onside and Telephone support to the company’s large clientele
Implementing InteliSoft software and Provide advance training to clients
Identifying, supporting and guiding clients in a step-by-step solution for any open tickets
To maintain an in depth understanding of InteliSoft bookkeeping and financial software
Testing new software modules before release
Updating client software
Requirements of the role
Diploma in Accounting
Good knowledge of Accounting systems
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Organised and Logical thinker providing accurate support
Good interpersonal and customer care skills
Good Knowledge of MS Excel formulas
Fluent Greek/English communication (Russian would be considered an advantage)
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to deal with difficult callers
Good knowledge of basic windows operations
Up-to-date technical knowledge
