We have an opening for an Office Administrator:
– Position is for our Larnaca Office.
– Full time role.
– Basic reception duties and secretarial duties.
– Basic HR & Payroll services.
– Accounting responsibilities & collaboration with auditing team.
– Assistance to the sales manager for proposals and company related presentations.
– Official preparation of Articles and Documents in both English and Greek Language.
– Basic usage of CMS, CRM and company related software.
– Advancing in Technology knowledge to keep up with company standards.
– You are a motivated and highly energetic person with at least 1 year of experience in a similar field with proven positive references.
– University degree in any field is a must.
– Candidate must have the technical skills to work with cloud and non cloud technologies.
– Extremely proficient in office suits such as word document and spreadsheet software.
– Great people skills.
– Excellent listening and communication skills.
– Excellent organisation skills.
– Ability to work efficiently on multiple tasks and as part of a team.
– Excellent ability to meet deadlines.
