Wistonfield Property Developers: Ζητείται Sales Executive – Λεμεσός
Main Responsibilities:
- Promote Winstonfield Residence Project in Cyprus and abroad.
- Preparing and sending quotations and proposals
- Achieve monthly sales target
- Develop Sales Strategies
- Contacting potential and existing customers via phone and / or in person
- Liaise on a constant basis with Real Estate Agents in Cyprus and abroad
- Building and maintaining a CRM database
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Language. Any other language will be considered as an advantage
- University / college degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or any other related qualification.
- Able to work on self-motivation basis
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Team Player
- Previous experience of 5 years in real estate will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service and sales skills

Remuneration package: Monthly salary based on experience and qualifications & commission based on new sales.
