Necessary qualifications
Experience in retail stores its a benefit
An independent and self-motivated professional;
Strong sales skills, desire to achieve store target and individual targets;
Culture of learning in order to improve their own skills as well as the overall performance of the store
Friendly and approachable;
Be an ambassador for the brand through outstanding dress code and professional attitude;
Responsibilities of the job
Practice professional salesmanship within the guidelines of store policy and department procedures to achieve maximum sales and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Promote total customer service in a friendly way and as the most important consideration in every transaction.
Maintain a neat, organized and well-stocked merchandise area.
Communicate stock replenishment needs to Store Manager.
Develop and maintain product knowledge of merchandise.
Is aware of, and implement store policies and procedures.
Is responsible for adherence to all loss prevention policies, credit policies and procedures; i.e. credit cards, check approvals, discounts, return and exchange procedures.
Is responsible for accuracy of sales bill completion.
Conform to the Company dress code and presents and image that is consistent with the Company standard.
Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
