Job Description / Duties

  • Responsible for providing the full spectrum of secretarial support.
  • Provide assistance to the CEO, managing the agenda, scheduling calls and meetings on a daily basis.
  • Handle emails, calls, appointment reminders.
  • Organize office operations, procedures, and supplies.
  • Assist the Finance department in handling minor bookkeeping and day to day tasks.
  • Assist the HR department with necessary HR Administration work.
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments as required.
  • Assist in updating the website, facebook page of the Company.

Requirements

  • Excellent Greek & English language skills both spoken and written.
  • Degree holder.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of secretarial or administrative work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, multitask and prioritize.

Remuneration:
