Job Description / Duties
- Responsible for providing the full spectrum of secretarial support.
- Provide assistance to the CEO, managing the agenda, scheduling calls and meetings on a daily basis.
- Handle emails, calls, appointment reminders.
- Organize office operations, procedures, and supplies.
- Assist the Finance department in handling minor bookkeeping and day to day tasks.
- Assist the HR department with necessary HR Administration work.
- Assist in ad hoc assignments as required.
- Assist in updating the website, facebook page of the Company.
- Excellent Greek & English language skills both spoken and written.
- Degree holder.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of secretarial or administrative work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, multitask and prioritize.
