Job scope:
- Upkeep and daily run of the office
- Assist Managers with daily tasks;
- Book travel arrangements and assist in the preparation of trade shows;
- Scheduling meetings and appointments;
- Ordering office supplies;
- Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to employees;
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment;
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires;
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences;
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements);
- Help around the Office in any way needed when the other Office Manager is on Leave;
Requirements:
- Fluent in Greek and English
