Provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support to office staff to maintain an efficient and productive office environment.
- Secretarial tasks and office organization
- Communicate with staff, suppliers and clients
- Prepare and edit letters, reports and other document as requested.
- Organize and file documentation
- Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or Management or in any other related fields
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Multitasking Skills
- Organisational and planning skills
- Fluent in Greek and English (speech, verbal and written)
- Excellent Computer Literacy, specifically Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience in Book-keeping and Accounting will be considered an advantage
- Experience in a similar role will be an advantage
