Seeking to recruit a Part-Time Office Administrator / Secretary (4 hours per day)
Key responsibilities of the position include among others:
- Undertaking a variety of administrative, clerical and office management tasks such as answering telephone calls, maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, taking messages, filing, organizing meetings;
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients;
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or Diploma in Secretarial studies, Business Administration or Management or in any other related field;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Multi-tasking skills;
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Excellent command of the Greek and the English languages, both verbal and written;
- Excellent Computer Literacy;
- Experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
REMUNERATION:
- A remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, according to qualifications and experience.
