- Front office receptionist (male or female), general internal and external communication on behalf of the Company (answering calls, delivery messages, email correspondence etc)
- General office administration duties
- Provide general office support including customer support
- After sales support with spare parts requests, receiving and handlingtroubleshooting calls
- Issuing invoices and receipts and monitor payments
- Maintain customer data base, support the tendering department
- Keep records of all documents (tenders, faxes, agreements, maintenance contracts, etc)
- Proven 2+ years prior work experience in similar or related positions
- Fluent in Greek and English languages
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word Office and Excel
- Strong level of self motivation
- Maintain a team player culture
- Exhibit multi tasking performance
- Background in Engineering will be considered as strong advantage.
