MG Marinou Accountancy Firm Ltd: Ζητείται Office Administrator – Λάρνακα
The Responsibilities
- Office administration duties in relation to services provided to Clients
- Bookkeeping of client’s transactions
- Administration work in relation to the Registrar of Companies
- Preparation of payroll and social contribution payments/ compliance
- Liaise with Banks on information requested
- Liaise with Tax Authorities on information requested
- Other administration duties
Position requirements/ Experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Excellent knowledge of an Accounting Software (s) (e.g. Cycom)
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
Qualifications
- University degree with grade 2:1 or equivalent in Accounting, Finance Management, Business Administration or similar discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
