The Responsibilities
  • Office administration duties in relation to services provided to Clients
  • Bookkeeping of client’s transactions
  • Administration work in relation to the Registrar of Companies
  • Preparation of payroll and social contribution payments/ compliance
  • Liaise with Banks on information requested
  • Liaise with Tax Authorities on information requested
  • Other administration duties
Position requirements/ Experience 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent knowledge of an Accounting Software (s) (e.g. Cycom)
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
Qualifications 
  • University degree with grade 2:1 or equivalent in Accounting, Finance Management, Business Administration or similar discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
