Ζητείται General Manager

We seek to recruit an experienced professional and high calibre person for the position of General Manager at Elea Estate in Paphos.

Key Responsibilities of the General Manager:

• Complete oversight of all Club Operations including Golf Maintenance and Food and Beverage.
• Develops, implements, and monitors the annual budget, revenue targets and expenses for operations departments.
• Monitors invoice accuracy and vendor programs
• Provides timely and accurate reporting of financial and non-financial information as directed, requested or required by management
• Monitors monthly and other financial reports/ statements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the facility and takes effective corrective action when necessary.
• Develops, maintains and administers sound organizational plans and initiates improvements as necessary.
• Oversees the care and maintenance of all the facilities physical assets.
• Optimizing the financial performance of the Facility.
• Creating a culture of hospitality with guest, associates and members.
• Coordinates marketing programs designed to promote the facility’s services to potential customers.
• Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Manages department members that may include, but is not limited to: Golf Manager and Food and Beverage Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Hospitality & Leisure, Management or similar program
• 3-5 years’ experience in Hospitality services and/ or Food & Beverage operation. Previous experience in Golf operations will be considered as an advantage
• Fluency in English and Greek both written and verbal

Other Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
