Duties and responsibilities include
- Greeting and direction of visitors to the appropriate contact at office.
- Answering, screening and forwarding of incoming phone calls & emails.
- Receiving, sorting and distributing of daily mail/deliveries.
- Managing and ordering front office supplies.
- Updating of calendars and schedule meetings.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for different stakeholders.
- Keeping updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Performing of other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
Qualifications
- Any secretarial studies are considered an advantage.
- Experience in similar position is considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Russian speaking is considered an advantage.
