Ζητείται Call Centre Representative

Occhio Hospitality Group are looking for a reliable, highly motivated and energetic individual to fulfill the position of Call Centre Representative.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Make relevant bookings for our customers according to their requirements.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions/alternatives for every issue.
• Keep records of all conversations with customers in our CRM system in a comprehensible way.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Required Skills

• Previous experience in customer service role
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Language
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Strong organisational and communicational skills
• Pleasant and positive personality
